ProGear Limited Warranty Policy
KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro
Thank you for choosing the KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro, exclusively distributed by ProGear. This limited warranty is provided to ensure confidence in the quality and reliability of your product.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use only.

At its sole discretion, ProGear will repair or replace defective parts covered under this warranty at no charge for the replacement part. Labor and transportation charges may apply depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the service required.
2. Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only if:
The product was purchased from ProGear or an authorized ProGear reseller.
The original purchase invoice is presented.
The product serial number remains intact and has not been removed or altered.
The WalkingPad has been installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
The product has been used solely for residential purposes and within the maximum user weight limit of 100 kg.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or minor imperfections that do not affect product performance.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from improper installation, transportation, relocation, or storage.
Damage caused by failure to perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication as recommended by the manufacturer.
Commercial, institutional, rental, or gym use.
Damage caused by liquids, excessive humidity, flooding, fire, insects, rodents, or other environmental factors.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or replacement parts not supplied or approved by ProGear.
4. Electrical Supply Disclaimer
ProGear shall not be responsible for any damage, malfunction, or failure caused directly or indirectly by electrical issues, including but not limited to:
Voltage fluctuations.
Power surges or electrical spikes.
Low or high voltage conditions.
Improper grounding.
Faulty building wiring or electrical installations.
Lightning strikes.
Power outages or unstable electrical supply.
Use of incompatible power sources, adapters, converters, or extension cords.
Customers are strongly advised to connect the WalkingPad to a properly grounded electrical outlet. In areas where unstable electricity is common, the use of a high-quality surge protector or voltage stabilizer is highly recommended.
Any repairs resulting from the above conditions are not covered under this warranty and will be treated as chargeable repairs.
5. Service Procedure
Should your WalkingPad require service:
Contact ProGear Customer Support.
Provide your purchase invoice and product serial number.
Share photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
Our technical team will assess the problem and determine the appropriate solution.
If covered under warranty, repair or replacement parts will be provided in accordance with this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
ProGear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, business interruption, inconvenience, personal injury resulting from misuse, or any other financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the product.
7. General Terms
Warranty repairs do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished with equivalent functionality.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
ProGear reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
Any product found to be operating normally after inspection may be subject to inspection or service charges.
By using the KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty Policy.
